It wasn’t the Liberal Party that took action — it was Chiang himself who finally stepped down under immense public pressure. That delay reflects a concerning lack of moral clarity from both Carney and the Liberal Party of Canada.

Sadly, this isn’t an isolated failure. Over the past decade, Canadians have watched scandal after scandal unfold under Liberal leadership — each met with spin, delay, and deflection. This is yet another example in a long line of ethical failures that have eroded public trust. A change in leadership is proving to make no difference at all.
